I'm a pretty plain and simple guy.
A quiet morning, a good cup of coffee, a view of the mountains or a lake (or both) and I'm good to go.
As a graphic designer, I believe in the power of visual communications to create meaningful connections.
For over 25 years, I've woven this passion into my work in the non-profit world. I’ve worked to shape programs for mentoring high school teens and college students, teaching and training a variety of people as a part of a church staff, and now assisting with a group that serves overlooked coffee farming communities in Central America. In it all, I’ve learned how creative communication can amplify deeply important messages.
One of my greatest joys? Being a dad and a papa (ˈpɑ•pə). I've got four of the greatest kids you'll ever meet, the cutest little grandson, and a son-in-law and daughter-in-law that I couldn't be more proud to claim!
When I'm not designing, you might find me cheering on my beloved UNC Tar Heels, pulling espresso shots as a barista in a local coffee shop, or sketching in my sanctuary (the great outdoors) Check out some of my digital artwork on Instagram.
